I’ve heard of “rolling out” before. I quickly purchased the foam roller she recommends and downloaded her free PDF guide of exercises. I strongly suggest visiting her site for info on why rolling out really is a revolution and why she never does a workout without it. I’ve started incorporating a quick rollout sesh both before and after my workouts and I really do feel a difference, AND my tendonitis (that I have been fighting for almost 2 years now) is starting to improve!
